With the Schedule Reports option, you can automatically generate and email reports to the admin or the manager.
Navigate to the Reports tab → Schedule Reports button.
You will now be provided with the list of schedulers. To edit an existing scheduler, click the edit icon. If you wish to create a new scheduler, click the +Schedule New Reports button.
Enter the Scheduler Name and the Description.
Select the Report Category from the drop-down list.
Select the desired Domain(s) or OU(s).
In the Select Reports field, select the reports to be generated and emailed.
Under Select Duration, specify the time at which the reports are to be generated.
Enter the email address of the admin in the Mail admins the generated report(s)
Check the Send mails to user's manager checkbox to send reports (Important: The mangers could only receive the Soon-to-Expire Account Users report and Account Expired Users report) to the user's manager.
Click the Mail Settings to configure the format in which the reports have to be emailed.
Storage path would be entered by default. You can alter it, if needed.
Select the desired Storage Format (HTML, PDF, CSV, XLS, CSVDE) from the options in the drop-down list.
Select an Attachment Type (File or ZIP).
Type the Subject of the message in the respective field.
Enter the required content in the Mail Content field.
Click Done.
Click Save.
